The demo includes every feature with no watermark. Playback stops after 15 minutes per session, and relaunching starts a new session. Test your codecs, outputs, DeckLink cards, NDI sources, and control surfaces before you buy — we don't offer refunds for change of mind, compatibility with your hardware or media, or features the software doesn't have.
All sales are final
Once your license key has been delivered, the purchase can't be refunded, except as described below.
When we will refund
- Billing errors — you were charged twice for the same order, or charged an amount different from the price shown at checkout.
- Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms — as our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy may issue a refund under its own buyer terms, for example to resolve a payment dispute.
- Where the law requires it — this policy doesn't limit any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law of your country that can't be waived. Where that law allows a right to cancel a digital purchase to end once the digital content is delivered, it ends when your license key is delivered.
How to ask
Email maheshpatelart@gmail.com with your order number (it's on your Lemon Squeezy receipt) and what went wrong. Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, to your original payment method. A refunded license key is deactivated.
Having trouble?
If the software isn't working as described, contact us before anything else — we'd rather fix the problem. Most activation issues are solved by deactivating an old Mac from inside the app or checking the key was copied in full.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, the license key is deactivated while the dispute is open.
